The main research interests are:
- Investigation of exciton fine structure in quantum dots using Optically Detected Magnetic Resonance technique.
- Photo-excited carrier dynamics in quantum dots.
- Investigation of electronic phase transition from magnetically disordered to magnetically ordered states in nanometric thickness manganese oxides films induced by strong electric and magnetic fields.
- Development of strong magnetic field sensors and fast fault current limiters.
